    It's easy, you exercise, while dieting.


  2. Well, aerobic exercise works best for burning fat, which means a steady workout that's not too stressing. However, If you want to build muscles you have to do high weight low reps- basically what you're doing is creating microscopic tears in your muscles that heal with a new string of muscle cells inside, enlarging your muscle.

    When you're doing that though, it does not get your body at a lower level for longer periods, which is what you need for fat burning. To burn fat, hit the stationary bike or the treadmill, and to build strength hit the weights.

  3. It depends. If by "build the body" you mean get lots of toned muscles, then yes. Just do circuit training and lots of reps with free weights and stuff. If by "build the body" you mean increase your max strength and power, then no. Reducing overall body fat (which is the #1 key to reducing belly fat) is a goal which works against building overall strength. If you want to do both at the same time, then that's very difficult. You basically have to train like a decathlete or a linebacker.
