Can't whistle with two fingers to save my life!?

I can't whistle loud like when you are trying to hail a cab. Is there an easy way to do this?

I can't whistle well either, but, thank heavens there have bee no occasions when I had to do it to save my life.I just wave frantically to hail a cab
