As long as it has been in the fridge and it was fresh to start with it will be fine.

Obviously, if you can see anything growing on it or if it doesn't taste right, put it in the bin.

yes. if it was kept refrigerated it should be fine. but if it tastes or smells at all yucky, throw it out. don't save it after opening it again, just throw oout what u didn't finish. another day would be pushing it.

It completely depends on several factors, but generally yes, it can. You might find some separation (the liquid that may have come from it) but it should be good for twice four days with proper refrigeration.
