I have a 13 year old going from Memphis to Charlotte do you know any airlines that allow that

  1. on certain airlines they are considered adults at thirteen such as Southwest. It is something you have to research.


  2. Yes, AirTran Airways allows it. When you say by himself, if you mean, no unaccompanied minor service, which saves you about $100, then AirTran Airways is the only airlines that fly that route, that allows children to fly with an adult, for no fee and service. But, if you would like to have the unaccompanied minor service, then the cheapest and fastest way to fly would be with Northwest Airlines or US Airways, which both fly nonstop.   4. Yes, as an unescorted minor. You need some one to take you to the gate and  pick you up at the gate on arrival. Call the airlines for details.

  5. yes byt a 50 dollar extra charge for sobody to take her around to each gate and stuff
