Can A Reguler Person Contact A spirit?

I really would like to know this.Can a reguler person contact a spirit?If so....how?

It's been said that you can... I dunno it never happened to me but it might. If that person does I dunno how they would do it.

There is a spirit within us all which makes us the people that we are. If you can connect with yourself and know and accept your inner self, you will be able to operate on the same level with others. Boundaries are man made, therefore everyone is capable of accessing the spiritual side of themselves and others - including those people who are here today and those who are not - it's purely a matter of acceptance.

It takes a special talent to sense the intangible. Typically it is a gift that certain people are born with. Altho, years of meditation and attunement to the spirit world can do the same thing. The process is different for each person.

Be warned tho, just because a spirit may commune with you doesn't mean that it is intelligent or looking out for your best interests.
