  1. the only thing you can do is contact the 151 fault line and report a fault as there are numerous things that could be causing the problem and if its a fault outside of your property on the BT line you as a customer CAN NOT fault the line as its BT/Openreach property and opens up all sorts of legal issues.

    call 151 who can test the line and organise an Openreach engineer visit or alternatively go on www.bt.com and use the fault system on there


  2. Sorry I'm not a BT engineer.

    But all you can do is dial 150 from a neighbours phone to report a fault, BT will test the line and get back to you on that phone. They will organise an engineer to visit if the fault cannot be fixed remotely.

  3. Call your Service Provider who will test your line and advise you appropriately.

    If you don't want to do that, povide us with more info !

  4. Dial 152 and report a fault

  5. Perhaps nobody is phoning you, that could be the answer
