    I h8 McDonalds, though, so I don't eat there nor do I support the fast food industry. I don't even get sodas there. McDonalds is the reason for 600 pound third graders, haha. "Mommy! I want a Happy meal so I can get the Spongebob toy!"  "Get me a big mac, NOW!" haha.. sad but true. Did you ever see the movie Supersize me? the guy ate McDonald for like a month straight and gained a lot of weight......

  19. Yes. Red meat ferments in your stomach before it can be passed as waste. The bloating feeling you feel would be the meat going through this process. It is also why people who eat a lot of red meat they have very foul smelling gas and waste.  Not to say that you will because of one cheeseburger. Mostly men, because they usually consume the most red meat, although there are plenty of women.
