He could be, but he won't win it. I think he deserves it. He is that good, but everyone has already given it to Eva.

Not sure why I'm answering this, since everybody else just about summed it up.  I love Ramirez because I'm a White Sox fan...but it's gotta go to Longoria.  I believe Ramirez is underrated...but Longoria has the spotlight...the guy was voted in the all-star game on a record setting final vote ballot...that's saying something...especially when you're a rookie

He qualifies as a rookie but will probably come up short in the voting to Longoria.

Doubt it. While he is a stud defensively, I think when they choose the winner of this award they look more to offensive stats.  Ramirez is proving to be a great player, but my money is on Evan Longoria to win that award.

He is a great under the radar player and has many talents. He could be an all-star someday, but Evan Longoria is already an All-Star and didn't even play a full half season. Evan Longoria is Rookie Of The Year no doubt about it.
