Can Any one help me with finding my real dad all i know is his name!! Tryed free web sites but there not free

I don't really have the money to use the web sites, that i have found If anyone can help that would be really great!!

It's more of a question & answer forum, but worth a try.

You might get lucky and get a reply from one of his family members.

Most of us, in this section, are searching for info on dead people (our ancestors).

Most genealogical research sites do not show the names of living people.

If he is deceased, he may be listed on someone's family tree.

Additional info which would be helpful:

His name.

Place of  birth

His father's name, his mother's maiden name

Places he has lived.

Military service.

P.S.

Most libraries have a membership to a genealogical site and all you need is a library card to use it.
