Im not sure if you ca or not.I have a Blackberry Pearl and even if i delete a picture from my phone i can still see it ifisent it in a message or if i set it as a caller ID on some1

Technically, it would be possible. On the phone, no. Also, the person would really have to know what they are doing. Basically, it is the same principle as the hard-drive on computers. Even after deleting something, then emptying your recycle bin, you can still access the file. It takes knowledge to do it, not many people know how to. Also, to do this to your phone, they would have to be a LOT smarter, and take your phone apart (and it probably wont work), so in a short and simple answer. No.
