Can Anyone Identify this French Watercolor?

I was given this painting and the only thing it says on the back is "water color by famous french artist" the signature is ineligible and there's no more information on the back. Does anyone know who painted this?

i'm sorry, i can't view the picture without a shutterfly account, but i'd be leery of anything that someone decided to label so vaguely - if the artist is so famous, why did they not put the name?  i would be very surprised if it's really a 'famous french artist'.
