Can B.Ed. in Special Education(done from India) help me get a decent job in US?

Teachers for special education are in high demand all across the U.S.  You will need to contact the State department of education for any state in which you would like to teach. They can tell you what other requirements you will have to meet to be qualified to teach in their state.   By the way, the eastern states seem to have the highest average salaries.
