Can Bearded Dragons eat oranges?

Question

I know they can eat most Fruit and Veg but can they eat oranges? Just so you know I wouldn't let him near one unless I knew it was safe. I'm just looking for new foods for him to try.

Down load a care sheet on which foods they can and can not eat. You can harm your lizard if your feeding it the wrong thing. Also remember they are Native to Australia.  SO keep that in mind.

no they cant eat oranges cause of the acid in them they can eat tomatoes,cucumber,strawberry's.spinach,f... parsley plants.rocket leaves.squash.

Bearded Dragons are SO CUTE!

According to the website (link in the source), you shouldn't feed them oranges.

Fruits and Veggies they CAN eat:

    * Romaine Lettuce

    * Kale

    * Collard greens

    * Chicory

    * Cucumber

    * Carrots

    * Squash

    * Zucchini

    * Spinach

    * Peas

    * Green beans

    * Broccoli

    * Dandelion greens

    * Cabbage

    * Other thawed- frozen vegetables

    * Strawberries

    * Apricots

    * Mango

    * Melon

    * Blackberries

    * Raspberries

    * Blueberries

    * Peaches

    * Cantelope

    * Apples

    * Pears

    * Grapes

Foods they CAN'T eat:

    * Iceburg lettuce, as it is nothing more than a filler with absolutely no nutritional value

    * Tomatoes

    * Lemons

    * Oranges

    * Other acidic fruits and vegetables
