Can Biden be qualified to be VP when he can't even control his own son?

His son is a crook, while Biden is a law maker. How can anyone vote for a guy who can't control his own son any better than that? Can we put a guy one heartbeat from the presidency who can't even run his own household?

Actually, I know this is irrelevant - just as irrelevant as the attacks against Sarah Palin for having a 17-year old pregnant daughter. Move along folks - there are real issues to discuss.

It is sad that people are willing to go after a person's family the way the democrats and the media have gone after Palin. Your point is well taken; we need to focus on the issues of the day not whether or not some kid got pregnant.

The thing is people eventually grow up and become their OWN person.  His father can't control him just like yours couldn't control you, mine cannot control me and you won't be able to control your children unless THEY CHOSE to LET you.  That is the reality.  We can only really govern ourselves fully.  It doesn't say anything bad about his parenting neccessarily either.  I really think some people are just born to be bad or born to be wild as the song says.

Sarah Palin's daughter is a minor, living under Sarah's roof.

If Sarah can't even control what happens in her own house, then how will she handle a lot more responsibility?

McCain is running for President & no one has let it out about his son Andrew McCain has stole millions from an S& L so now that you bring it up I think they both have grown sons but lets see one is running for President. I didn't see that he lost the lawsuit, only that one was filed?  Many lawsuits are filed that the defendant is not found liable.

Sarah Palin fired her brother-in-law and a few laq makers bcoz of a break-up. She supports the NRA so that the NRA can give her campaign some money.
