  1. They can, but it is doubtful.  He could get fenced in and not be able to break free, but most think that the race is too long for this to happen.

  2. well this might not be what youre asking but i think that he can overcome the #1 position. after all, he won the derby in a #20 position! it might be difficult for him to win cuz all of the horses and jockeys will be crowding around the fence. hopefully he'll be able to overcome that challenge.wouldnt it be exciting to have a triple crown winner???

  3. Like any track being in the #1 position gives Big Brown the shortest distance to run.  Sure they can play dirty, but they can also be disqualified.  Big Brown likes to burst out if the gates, and honeslty, I think he is going to lead wire to wire.

  4. Me!

This is the best position from which to run. He has an advantage being on the poll position.

  5. They don't exactly call it "dirty", but if he gives up the rail ,the distance he must travel to get to the outside for running room or being "boxed in" if can't get to the outside, could certainly alter the race.

  6. I do not think they will , they will get disquilfied if they do

This is a big race they wont take the chance

But at some smaller  tracks they might

But not in this one they have to much to lose ...

  7. I'm not sure about him leading wire to wire, but nothing less than an injury can keep Big Brown from winning.  Now the 2nd favorite is scratched, and the (now) 2nd and 3rd favorites (whom brown has already smoked) just can't match him.  Brown could literally be jerked back out of the gate.. slowly drift to the outside to keep the dirt out of his face and still have more than enough time to do what he does around the last turn and stretch.  The 20 spot he got at the derby was a concern, the 1 spot is not.  If he can beat these horses from the 20... well.. let's all enjoy history being made today.

  8. The only draw back about the #1 spot is he can get boxed in very easy. but if he comes out of the gate faster than all it won't be a problem

  9. Es muy posible chica
