Can Blackberry pearl contacts be transfered to a Curve?

I have a blackberry pearl which I let fall. The screen is dead and the keys dont work. Some how the computer recognizes it, makes backup and sychcronizes well. Can I take the backup and synch data from the Pearl and load it in Curve so I don't lose the 130 phone numbers that I have? Thanks for your help!!

Yes, you can. I f you can backup now, that means you should have the desktop manager.

Do a selective backup of address book only (click advanced in back up and resore) and save that file.

Then connect your new Curve and do a restore.

I would first download the most recent Desktop Manager 4.3 (4.5 still has bugs) so you can use the "change device wizard" so your new Curve is recognized..
