Can Blue Spruces Grow in Indiana?

i purchased four fat alberts early spring though the summer was somewhat wet three are doing fine but one seems here lately to be turning brown. any help should I dig it up and check the soil or prune back the dead limbs and continue with watering daily..  help   i do not want to loose this tree...
