Yes. Like all sixteen countries in the Group I, Europe/Africa zone play-offs, if Britain was to place last in its round robin group (which also includes Belarus, Austria and Bosnia & Herzegovina) then it would play off with the other three countries that place last in their groups to see which two are relegated to Europe/Africa Zone Group II.
