Can British citizens go to university in Spain?

Hi my Grandad lives in spain and is ill, i would like to move over their to help him out and continue my university career over there at the same time, is his possible?

Yes, but you may need to take Spanish classes at some other institution prior to enrolling at a Spanish university (this only applies if you are not fluent). Contact the university that you wish to attend and ask them about admissions requirements for British citizens. They should provide you with all the information you need.
