Question:

Can Canada Post track a package without a tracking number?

I sent four books to my school about 4 months ago, and I just got a letter from my school today saying that they did not receive 2 of the books. I find it really odd that they got 2 and did not get the other 2 when they were all in the same package. I want to call Canada Post to see how this even happened, but there was no tracking number on the package. How do I adress the issue? I will also call my school tomorrow morning and see what can be done about it, in terms of my course, because they said if the books aren't returned, I won't get my credit. =(

  1. They can't track it, but if you say from which post office to where did you send it, they may know which way the package went, i.e. which were the stops where was it picked up, etc.

fill a complain and talk to the office where u sent it from, I'm sure they will address it, even though you don't  have a tracking number

Another thing is that it may have been stolen from school's mailbox, just some students wanted to cause damage
