Of course, but you need to have a skill and a degree. You'll probably want to look into the NAFTA TN-1 visa program, you can get that visa right at the port of entry and don't have to file any paperwork.

You can look into H-1B as well, but that program has been compromised by the seemingly countless number of Indian consulting companies trying to use loopholes in it...so I don't imagine it will be around for very much longer.
