Depends on who is the girl and who is the guy.

I believe they can but it may be a short term relationship.

Capricorns have a tendency to be domineering and blunt

Aquarius have a tendency to be flirty and tactful.

Capricorn may get frustrated with Aquarius' lack of self control or stability.

Aquarius may feel trapped by Capricorn.
