Can Carl overcome the Shrub for the Championship?!?

Can Carl beat the Shrub? Can someone else put together a great Chase and overtake both?

Who would you prefer to win if it comes down to Carl and Kyle?

he can, and he stands a good chance - he has been the better of the two at the intermediate tracks, and there's a bunch of them in there. but bottom line, kyle has been better overall and he has stepped up his game on the intermediates from the beginning of the year and i think it will come down to being a parallel of the jimmie and jeff show last year - whoever makes the least mistakes wins. or if they keep up like they have recently (how many 1-2 finishes have these guys had), whoever makes one mistake - on their own or because of something out of their control - will likely lose. no matter what, it's turning into a helluvarace and i love every minute of it.

If it came down to the two of them, Kyle, I like Carl also but Kyle has been more consistent(even with his antics at Bristol)

I really at this point cannot see any of the other teams at the level these two are so it's gonna be a tight race for the CUP

Carl can win & hopefully will win. And evidently Kyle thinks so to with his Mr Ed comment. After all Kyle is Schrub & Carl is Mr Ed. And what does Mr Ed eat? :P

Yes he can! Carl has been my pick to win the championship since Daytona. I don't see any other driver overtaking them, it's really been 18/ 99 all season.

Of course i'd prefer Carl to win! Carl Edwards is a much better person in my opinion, i've met them both. I love how Carl is so nice to his fans, he is a great guy.

carl will probably win the cup.  there to many races in the chase that he has won at this year or is tracks that rousch has won at.  david ragan will be kyles thorn from now till the end of the year.  rousch is starting to come on.  they are truly the teams kyle will have to beat to win the cup.  go 99
