  1. i think the money goes to the main carer.

  2. no because the rights of the parent and responsibilities have been temporarily removed, therefor anything bought for the child is purely a gift.

  3. i dont think so

i think when social services removes the child the parents rights are temporarily revoked atleast until either the parent gets him back or until rights are romoved permanently. and if you dont have rights to a child you cant claim them for benefits

  4. no. you've no right to any money if the child is not with you

  5. my mum claimes for all six kids that has been taken of her and she still gets it and spends it on her self!

  6. no,the money goes to the person that is bringing the child up..

my bro went into foster care and she was okay then but he is now in a kids home which is different and hence it has stopped

  8. if the child does not live with you then you have no rights claiming for it the tax payer is already picking up the bill for the child sorry if you don't like my answer but it's the truth.

  9. The money would go to the main carer,so no.
