Can Clint Bowyer make it in the Race for the Chase with three races to go?

Well he's got everything he needs to make it, him and his team just need to get their act together and get out of this slump they have fallen into. Believe it or not RCR has made big gains since the beginning of the year on their engines as well as chassis, so the position he is in isn't based on the equipment he has been given. I think Kasey will make it in because he has been running decent and has some good tracks coming up. Hamlin and Gordon have really been struggling and I think if someone was to fall out it would be one of those two. But like I said if Clint wants to have a chance him and his team are going to have to get it together and if they can pull off some top 5's these last few races he stands a good chance of pulling himself back into it.

I can't help but answer a question about my least favorite driver... lol... he can and, sadly, probably will make it into the Chase... but I don't see him truly contending during the Chase.  Let's face it, this year's Chase is going to be the Rowdy-and-Flipper show (I'm glad I like both of those drivers!)  If Jimmie and Chad can get their ship righted, then they could possibly contend in the Chase too.  I say, let the games begin!

I think he can cause Denny really isn't that consistent. Kasey might also fall out (hope not). I can't stand it when three of my favorites are fighting for the cutoff point.

to be frank (not my real name ;-), i hope not. of course he could make it, but he's going to have do better than he has the past month or so. if anybody falls out of the current top twelve and someone else gets in, i hope its david ragan. as to who might fall out, if anyone, i think it will be kahne, and/or possibly gordon. of course, i'm biased. i want to see denny in there - not because i'm a big fan of his, but i'd like all three jgr cars in there. and i'd like to see gordon drop out just as a sign of karmic retribution for his comments aimed at kyle for supposedly being "inconsistent" and not doing well when he didn't win for three weeks - mind games can come back and bite you in the butt, especially if your head's already in there ...

I think he can, but I really hope he doesn't! Did you see he stuff David Reutimann in the wall during the NNS race last Saturday and then act like he had nothing to do with it ? Let him set the chase out!!
