  1. No, it is a genetic condition affecting the cone cells in your retina.  Perhaps far in the future when we have perfected stem cell manipulation...but for now color blindness is not treatable.

  4. I think it cannot be treated..Because we need cube cells in our eyes by birth to view the colours..so..is not possible....
