They did not give me any verbal warnings they compiled my mistakes and wrote me up I was only on each job for less than 6 weeks, but continued working for in each positions for about 3-4 months. they continued to look of any mistake the mistakes I made. I've been receiving umemployment benefits for 2 months and the company is appealing can they win.?

  1. Most likely, they will win.  (retired IBM exec mgr)  They have documentation over time to show cause for termination.

  2. They might win, sorry to say.  Their position will be that you were terminated 'for cause' - the cause being that you were a poor employee who made mistakes, and if you are fired for cause you are ineligible for unemployment.  You may be able to make a case that you were poorly trained, or not given enough feedback to do your job correctly.  :(
