Can Crest White Strips remove enamel?

I'm 14 years old and I'm going to use Crest White Strips and I'm wondering if they can remove your enamel. I've heard that they can. I don't want to damage my teeth.

no they can't, they whiten it and they can slightly reduce the hardness of your enamel, bowever once you stop whitening and your spit touches your tooth again the hardness is restored by the minerals in your saliva
