Can Design, Multimedia, and Web Technologies class help me to be a computer engineer?

Im a sophomore in high school now, and I'm taking Information Technology class. Should I take Design, Multimedia, and Web Technologies class in my junior year? Is it going to help me to become a computer engineer? Or should I take Drafting 1?

At least the Design class is IT oriented, where the Drafting is not.

As a programmer you may be programming software that helps people create multi-media.
