The jury’s probably still out on that one. Ten wins from eight starts looks a very impressive career record and six of those last seven runs have come in Grade One or Two races so he’s hardly been sent pot-hunting. But you just get a feeling that’s he’s come up a little bit short when it’s mattered most. When he ran at the Festival last year, beaten by Mikael D'Haguenet, he didn’t find much at the end of the race. And it was the same when he ran third to Big Buck’s in the Long walk Hurdle.
