  1. Yes, I think it could be that or what the first person said.  It's either or.

  2. Fear(feeling) takes the shape of dream but not vs.Instead of analyzing dreams, will it not be better going to root of fear?

  3. You may have had the fear inside you already and the dream was your body's way of bringing the fear to the surface. I might be talking a load of rubbish lol I'm no expert but i reckon there's a big chance its something to do with your dream.

Hypnotherapy has proven to be very successful with those types of fears.

  4. It's not because of the dream. You probably had a bad experience on a bridge but don't remember. People have a defense system that allows them to forget bad things that happen to them. My mother has the same fear of bridges. She once saw a horrific car accident on a bridge but didn't remember till years later. To dream of falling is generally symbolic to some basic fears such as a moral lapse, job failure or maybe loss of status, etc.  As a general guide if it was light out and the structure was in good repair and you crossed it without difficulty it means a satisfactory change and prosperity. If the structure was damaged in any way or if anything negative happened you are warned against making any changes for the time being.

  5. I think it's the other way around, fears affect your dreams.

  6. yhp im no expert in psychology but i have dreams of stalkers or ghosts the silly stuff and then i cant walk into an empty room the next day coz im scared that theres sum1 there!

  7. More likely the other way around.  Dreams are a filing exercise, they only reflect experiences although they might get linked together in a strange way.  Go and find a small bridge over a stream,  stand in the middle of it (you won't die) and remind yourself how wonderful life is.

  8. Yup i have a fear of being on Cliff near the edge because i had a dream my dad drove the car off the edge of a Cliff. I used to go camping all the time in the Mountain and loved hiking now i cant do it. Freaks me out

  9. your dreams reflect your fears usually. but i guess they can also affect them, especially if your dream was hyper realistic.

  10. Yes, it is normal with a scary realistic dream, that it's hard to ignore reminders in real life.  Rest assured that this effect is temporary.  I think it is more important to think about why you drempt of this bridge in the first place.

Is there a transition happening in your life right now that you are a little worried about?

Well that is also normal, but don't forget as wel all often do that changes can also bring with them, positive influences in your life.

the next time that you dream of this scary bridge, just remember, you are in control, times can get challenging, but you'll pull through.

Bravery in life means being afraid, but doing it anyway :-))

  11. yes they can
