Can Everclear be tasted in mixed drinks?

I've heard of people getting really drunk off of drinks spiked with Everclear because they "couldn't tell it had alcohol in it"... I know it's disgusting drunk alone, but is its taste somehow camouflaged in mixed drinks? Can it really not be tasted when mixed with things like punch? Thanks!

YES. you will taste everclear unless it has been diluted to like 1:100
