  1. No, Ginkgo Biloba is not recommended for children under the age of 12. Because ginkgo decreases platelet aggregation (stickiness), there is some concern that it may increase risk of intracranial (brain) hemorrhage.  


  2. No. Don't give Ginkgo Biloba to young children. The blood thinning effect is not something you want to achieve in children.
