I don't think so. It has been too long since he has been competitive on the Tour. Even if he makes it through tomorrow in good position, I don't see him winning. I think he'll end up somewhere respectable. I'd say around +6.

I doubt it. I knew guys that knew him and they had a very low opinion of him. He sucks.
