  1. No.You Can't avail.


  2. No. It is not a demand account like a savings account, but a term account for 15 years.This is not withstanding the withdrawal facility up to certain % after the initial lock in period.

  3. there is no provision for withdrawl through cheque for the ppf account you can only deposit in the ppf account.  After 5 years of depository completion the money can be withdrawn through the withdrawl slip available .
