Can I Blank My Computer

Question

I would like to no if I can blank my computer. Take every thing off but what suppose to be on it. If I can will some one let me no how PLEASE.Because I take it to a men and he blank it off about 2years ago. I have no money and I don't no any thing about ANSWER. Will someone please help.

you can use a recovery disk or if you have it build in you can use it

I think you are saying you want everything off the computer except the system it came with???

If so, then you need either the CD that came with computer, you boot up with it and restore everything.  OR, you need an Operating System CD (like XP).  Boot up with that and install over old system.  Here you wont lose your information.
