ok i have and itouch that i want to download this one pic onto but the thing is the pic is on my email address and on my cell phone so can i download it from my email to the computer and then to the ipod of is it impossible??

Yeah.

Save the picture attachment on your computer and then from there you upload the pic to Itunes and there you go
