Can I Feed My Small Frog Garden Worms?

I found a wild frog and put him in my fishtank (no fish) and it has its dry spot and wet spot but now i got his home i need to feed him first thing that came to mind is flys but no flys i heard they eat worms and similer insects does that meen i can get a shovel and dig random ones out the garden....

if not is there any food i can get wild and easy enough do they eat spider too i see a few of them now and again but some insects cant live in the tank and will die and frogs need moving this shall i just shove them in and frog eats.

need help quick i dont want him to die for now ill look out for flys and other small insects and i might exsperiment with a small worm need reply soon thanks

  1. why did you take it from the wild? was it sick. if not, what you are doing is illegal. put him back. he isnt yours.
