  1. You can, but I dont think they would be as enjoyable as most other foods.

You can cook them and let them cool then try feeding them to your mouse. I guess only he can tell you if he likes them or not.

Just make sure you dont add the flavour sachets as they usually contain alot of salt and/or sugar.

Also, please watch him/her while theyre eating them, as theure long and stringy they may pose a problem if he/her doesnt chew them properly.

  2. Probably not the best idea here today. Noodles expand in the mouses stomach and can cause severe bloating. I would not recommend it.

  3. Dry noodles are very high in starches and low in nutritional value so it would not be a good thing as compared to fresh veggies and fruits. They would consist of "empty calories" as noodles are made primarily of processed flours. So while you CAN feed them dried noodles, it is not in the mouse's best interest in the world of potential treats.

The bloat issue is a real one although I don't think a few noodles would cause that. It relates to the issue of feeding incompletely cooked grains like rice to animals because those can indeed swell and cause gastric torsion or press on the vagus nerve which stops the heart.

  4. Yes you can. Just make sure not to overdo it, just an occasional treat. Although they do like them cooked quite a lot, too!

EDIT: I don't know where everyone's getting this whole "expanding in the stomach" thing, but mice do chew their food.. so they won't have whole noodles cropping up in their stomachs. They can eat cooked noodles, which are expanded already, so of course they can eat uncooked ones. Uncooked noodles are quite a common snack for rodents. I've never experienced problems.

  5. i wouldnt because they expand with water so he will eat untill he is full then the noodles will expand and he will have intestinal bleeding and tearing
