Can I Get Help on a Japanese Movie Title?

I saw this dub Japanese movie about a year ago, I only watched half of the movie so I didn't catch the name of it. It was about this boy and girl in junior high, they liked each other, both of them where bullied A LOT.

There was this mean girl who tricked the boy to met up with the girl he liked, after they met the mean girl called this 3 or 4 boys and they raped the other girl. after that the girl wouldn't talk. At the same time the boy was being bullied by a guy, they went to a concert and the bullied stole his ticket, they kid got tired of the bulling and ends up stabbing him.

At the end of the movie you see the main characters and the bullies in a train.

That's about all I can remember, OH, and during the whole movie the screen will turn black and white worlds appears.

I must know the title of this movie, please help.

I have no idea, however these questions are best asked on the www.imdb.com (internet movie database) forums, people will respond within minutes, they know everything, Ive never been let down that way.
