Can I Get a Driver's License at age 15?

Question

I turn 15 on August 23, and I was wondering if there is a way I can get a Driver's License instead of a permit. I live in Mississippi and I've heard of people getting them at 15 so that they can drive until 10 p.m. What do you have to do in order to get this? I'm trying to get a job and I need a license in order to do so.

It says here that you must hold a permit for 6 months before you can take the tests...

I've never heard of any 15 year old getting a license, isn't there anyway a parent, sibling or fmaily member could drive you to work??

I doubt it if your in America...but if you were in New Zealand on the other hand...
