Can I Have The Music Video Player Window Stay "On Top"?

Question

I'd like to be able to configure the Music Video Player window so that it stays on top of all other applications. Is that possible, and if so, how do I do it? If it's not possible, how do I ask for that feature?

There are many free and pay utilities to accomplish this task.

Do a Google search:

windows +always +top

  

Warning: I have never used any of these.  So make sure you run a virus and anti-spyware check against what you download before running the program.

No virus or spyware detected in tweakwindows.  Tweakwindows is good for 15 days; then you have to pay around $20.   You might want to look at something that is really free.  I have tried it and it works, but you have to look at the options carefully, especially since it makes some windows partially opaque.  I set them back to 100% opaque.
