  2. Yes but you still can only contribute a maximum amount of money a year regardless of which you use.

    For 2008 it's 5,000 dollars if you are 49 years old or younger.

  3. Yes as long as you invest no more than $5000 total if you are under 50 or $6000 total if you are over 50.
