Can I Lose 50LBS Before XMAS??

I am 5'8 and my weight is 235lbs....Mostly from beer and a sit down job..I dont smoke and use to play football in highschool.....Want to change my life style forever....Any suggetions Please?

  1. Start running. That did it for me. I followed this simple running plan:

    Week 1 Run one min, walk 90 seconds. Repeat eight times. Do three times a week.

    • Week 2 Run two mins, walk one min. Repeat seven times. Do three times a week.

    • Week 3 Run three mins walk one mins. Repeat six times. Do three times a week.

    • Week 4 Run five mins, walk two mins. Repeat four times. Do three times a week.

    • Week 5 Run eight mins, walk two mins. Repeat three times. Do three times a week.

    • Week 6 Run 12 mins, walk one min. Repeat three times. Do three times a week.

    • Week 7 Run 15 mins, walk one min, Run fifteen mins. Do three times a week

    • Week 8 Run 30 mins continuously

    If you feel you have to repeat a week, that's fine. When I started I repeated Week 1 a couple times before I went on.

  3. If you are looking to lose weight, you need to seriously think about your goals. 50 pounds before Christmas means you have to lose 50 pounds in 126 days. That's one pound ever two and a half days.

Meet new people who are as interested as you in losing weight and becoming healthy. A gym will also enable you to use many different types of machines, and many gyms also have personal trainers who can help you fine tuning your workout regimin

    Also, try not to overdo it. Make sure you vary your workouts so that every week you are doing something new. This will not only help keeping your muscles growing, but will keep you from becoming bored and losing motivation.

  4. Stop drinking, get a gym membership, and eat healthy. So just remove soda, cake, sweets, and all of that sugary c**p from your diet and you should be losing weight soon enough.

    Losing weight isn't that hard, you just have to burn more calories than you take in each day.
