  1. No, because jell-o is gelatin, a type of protein. Gelatin melts when it warms up a bit.

The normal fillings are jelly, which use pectin, a type of carbohydrate. It's more stable when it warms up than gelatin.

The Jello would just go back to the liquid.

  2. try it

  3. I really wouldn't, nice idea though, good luck

  4. i am sure you ment jelly

  5. ya it would

  6. I don't think jello would work very well, but you could use jelly if you have that.

  7. No, that sounds like a ridiculous idea.

  8. jell-o?  Why not try jam?  It would heat beter.  Jell-O would liquify when heated.

  9. You can use puff pastry to make the outer shell but the jello won't stand the heat so you will need to modify your request and look for another filling.

  10. I think you can, but I wouldn't use Jello.  You need to use jelly.  Here is a recipe.

    1 store-bought uncooked pie crust

    1 8 oz.ar of strawberry jam

    -  Cut the pie crust into 4" x 5" rectangles.

    -  Spread strawberry jam on one side of one rectangle leaving about

1/4 - 1/2" space from the edge of the crust.

    -  Poke holes in the other half and place them on top of the "jammy"

       ones.

    -  Use a fork to smash the edges together,

    -  Place them on a baking sheet, and bake until done... about 15

       minutes at 400°F.

    -  Cool and eat right away or freeze and warm in the toaster,

microwave or on a dry griddle.

    I hope this helps.
