yes...but watch them like a hawk...they can not be trusted.....the way they work is questionable at best...even without your say so they can accsess your bank account and take money out without permision..and they can also sieze it...read www.paypalsucks.com first

yes, all you need is your bank account number and the bank's routing number. you will set it up, and they will make 2 small deposits of less than a dollar into your account and you have to verify how much they deposited before you have full access to money transfers
