Can I Pay Someone with a credit card if the request money forom me in paypal?

if someone requests money from me in paypal can I pay them with a mastercard? And also does my account need to be verified?

well technically you can pay through paypal itself

(use their feature to send money) they will  get a notice

that they have money waiting for them even if they dont have  a paypal account or you can have paypal send them a check

as terminally you cant pay a person with  credit card

(since they not set up to accept credit cards unless its

a business and then their bank charges fees for using credit cards)
