Can I Re-instate someone else's license?

Question

My BF has an appointment to re-instate his license but he just realized he wont be able to make the appointment, If i go with all of his information will they let me do it for him? I live in Florida, im not sure if that makes any difference! Plz & Thanks for your answers!

He needs to reschedule his other plans, and make that appointment. He could conceivably be charged with failure to appear for a court date, which could cost him further time and trouble, let alone NOT get his license reinstated.

I doubt it.  They will want to look him in the eye.

Not likely.  A renewal can be done with power-of-attorney, but if you are talking of lifting a suspension, I can't see them bothering with a meeting unless they wanted a personal interview.

As a matter of fact, they may not be legally allowed to give you anything regarding his file under federal and/or state privacy laws.  Before you go, have HIM call and ask if you can go in his stead, and, if so, what he needs to send with you.
