Can I Return My EnV for a EnV 2?

I've had my EnV since June 16, 2007.

I'm on a 2 year contract with a 2 year warranty. I was wondering if "Something" happened to my EnV in this time period and I went to go return it for a new one, If I could get a newer model (EnV 2) for a cheaper price. (Contract Price)

Since they will probably ask you if you want to upgrade.

you cant return it for the 2.... the only thing u can really do is find some one that wants to buy ur phone of you... then buy the phone at the retail price... that if you dont want to upgrade and extended your contract... if something "happens" to it...they will not care to be honest with you... i dont know if verizon does this but i know att and tmobile does.... after a certain amount of warranty exchanges are done to one device (3 for att and tmobile) then you can request a different make and model or an upgrade.....
