I am a seller on eBay and I was wondering if I could sell a mixed CD of mixed songs... Is it allowed?

as long as they're all original and not downloaded from limewire or any other illegal stuff. haha

Not if it is one you created of copyrighted music, you downloaded, if it is your own original created music that you made , then yes/

If it was a cd that you created by taking music off of other Cd's...No you can't.  Cd's are copyrighted material and there are fines for doing so.

If you are the musician, and the music is all original(you wrote and performed) then I believe you can.

But making a music CD of other artists is pirating and is illegal.
